The nutritional status of toddlers is a reflection of the nutritional status of society. Nutritional problems will arise if the nutritional intake consumed and nutritional needs do not match. The problem that occurs in the working area of the Panibagata Community Health Center is that mothers do not often pay attention to their children's health so they are not very active in regularly going to the Community Health Center to have their toddlers checked every month. This is of course a concern because there are children under five who experience malnutrition and overnutrition.in Riniai district the prevalence of malnutrition is 508 and undernutrition is 2,221 children. Objective: To obtain an overview of the nutritional status of toddlers in the Panibagata Community Health Center Working Area, Paniai Regency, Central Papua Province. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population of this study consisted of 73 toddlers and a sample of 73 toddlers registered at the Panibagata Community Health Center in 2022, toddlers aged 1-5 years, toddlers had been examined at least 3 times. Sampling technique uses purposive sampling and data analysis uses the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) computer release program version 22.0. Results: It is known that the nutritional status of toddlers at the Panibagata Community Health Center, Paniai Regency, Central Papua Province has the highest nutritional status, namely 41 toddlers or 56.2%. Then there were 39 toddlers with good nutritional status or 39.7% and the rest had poor nutritional status, namely 3 toddlers or 4.1%. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it can be concluded that of the 73 toddlers who were the source of research data, it was found that the majority of toddlers had more nutritional status.
